1. The agreement

By creating an account you agree to these terms. Trandle is operated by the Trandle team ("we"); contact: support@usetrandle.com. You must be at least 18 to use Trandle.

2. The service

Trandle is an analysis workspace for traders: a trading journal, a bar-replay backtester with historical market data, strategy tools and related analytics. We continuously improve the service; features may be added or changed. If we ever discontinue a paid feature that you actively use, we tell you in advance and you can cancel with a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

3. Plans, billing and refunds

• Free plan: free forever, within its published limits. No card required.
• Paid plans: billed monthly, quarterly or annually, in advance, at the prices shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Your price does not change while your subscription remains active.
• Refunds: every paid plan has a 14-day money-back guarantee from first purchase — email us or use the account page, no questions asked. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
• Cancellation: one click from your account page, effective at the end of the paid period. You keep access until then, and your data remains exportable on the Free plan afterwards.

4. Your content

Your trades, notes, screenshots and sessions are yours. You grant us only the licence needed to store, process and display them to you (and to people you explicitly share them with). You can export everything as CSV and delete your account — and its content — at any time.

5. Acceptable use

• One account per person; keep your credentials safe.
• No scraping, reselling or redistributing the historical market data outside the service.
• No reverse engineering, no abusing the infrastructure, no illegal content.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules — with notice and a chance to respond, except in cases of abuse.

6. Market data & availability

Historical market data is provided "as is" from reputable sources; small discrepancies with your broker's feed are normal and unavoidable. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The replay engine runs locally in your browser; cloud sync requires connectivity.

7. Not financial advice — no profit promises

Trandle is an analysis tool, not investment advice. Nothing in the service, the website or our content is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Backtested or simulated results — including Prop Mode verdicts — are historical exercises and do not predict or guarantee future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Anyone who promises you profits is lying; we won't.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or decisions you take based on the service. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. wilful misconduct).

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of any unused prepaid period.

10. Law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
