3. What we never do

4. Where your data lives

Application data is stored with our hosting and database provider (Supabase) on servers in the European Union. Screenshots and attachments are stored in the same infrastructure. Payments are processed by our payment provider; email delivery uses a transactional email service. Each provider processes data under a data-processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR).

5. How long we keep it

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectify, export, restrict, object to the processing of, and erase your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. Two of these are built into the product: you can export everything as CSV and delete your account from your account page, no email required. For anything else, write to privacy@usetrandle.com — we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Children

Trandle is not directed at anyone under 18, and trading is not either. We do not knowingly process data of minors.

8. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we notify you by email or in-app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always tells you the current version.
