Refund Policy

Short version: you try everything for seven days before paying anything, so payment is final. We refund when something is our fault, and where the law says we must.

1. The trial is where you decide

Every new account gets 7 days with the complete product switched on — no card, nothing to cancel, it ends by itself. That is the point at which you find out whether Trandle is for you.

Until 21 September 2026 we offered a 14-day money-back guarantee instead. The trial replaced it: we would rather you test the real thing for free than pay first and ask for the money back afterwards.

2. Payments are final

Once a payment has been taken we do not refund it because you changed your mind, stopped using the Service, or forgot a renewal was due. Sections 3 and 4 are the exceptions, and they are real ones.

3. When we do refund

4. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

If you are a consumer, you keep your legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering it. Nothing on this page limits that right, and no term of ours can.

At checkout you expressly ask us to start the subscription immediately and acknowledge what that means. If you then withdraw within the 14 days, we refund what you paid minus an amount proportionate to the period already supplied to you, as the law provides. For a monthly plan that deduction is usually a few days' worth; for an annual plan almost all of it comes back.

To withdraw, write to support@usetrandle.com from the address on your account. No form and no explanation are required.

5. Cancelling

6. What is not refunded

7. How the money comes back

Payments are processed by Whop as merchant of record, so refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method. Once approved, the money typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive confirmation by email.

8. Questions, before a dispute

If something about a charge does not look right, write to support@usetrandle.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We answer quickly, a direct fix is faster for both of us, and if we got it wrong we will say so.
